domestic shipping rates

for domestic orders within the u.s., we offer flat-rate shipping because, honestly, who has time to calculate shipping costs? just know that it'll cost you a bit extra to get those gooner goodies delivered to your doorstep.

international shipping

international shipping? sure, we'll do it. just be prepared for customs, duties, and other bureaucratic hurdles that make the process as enjoyable as a root canal. oh, and expect longer delivery times because, well, geography.

returns

so, you're not completely satisfied with your gooner purchase? hey, we get it. life is full of disappointments, and we're just another drop in the bucket. if you need to return an item, shoot us an email within 14 days of receiving your order. we'll do our best to accommodate your return, but please understand that we're just trying to survive in this crazy world.

refunds

refunds? yeah, we do those too. once we receive your returned item and determine that it's still in sellable condition (because we can't afford to lose money), we'll issue a refund to your original payment method. expect it to take a bit longer than you'd like because, well, bureaucracy.
